General info:
Used and known on european market for over 10 years now, mainly in Germany.
Appreciated and popular because of its ease in use (solubility in water) and practical efficiency.
All types of our paste fulfil the most demanding criteria of use:
directly after applying the surfaces of tire bead, rim and tool become very slippery;
after mounting operations are finished paste becomes a sealer and protects from leaks
CAUTION!
It is very important to use proper type of paste - depending on size of wheels and duration of mounting works.
OUR ADVISES concerning best usage:
fast drying paste - use for small tires and/or when you work fast
slow drying paste – use for big tires or when mounting operation lasts longer.
Slowly drying paste contain more sealing compounds that protects from possible leaks while inflating
which is important during works with more used (rusty or deformed) rims.
Please read carefully notices referring to each type of paste (below)
and keep in mind that depending on individual working characteristics all should be checked in practice
to compose with your staff way of work and expectations the same as the quality of tyre and rim serviced.

TFS - Tyre FIT and SEAL Compound
Drying time - very long
TFS is conceived for Tractor tires, Truck tires and Earth Moving (EM) tires, LKW, LLKW.
TFS was especially developed to solve all your problems with mounting and demounting tires
TFS with its special structure gives the solution to fit tyre fast to the rim.
TFS can also be used as a flexible pump-ring.
Your advantages with TFS:
- Processing as lubricant - with a brush or sponge
- By mixing with water you have a mounting fluid with an excellent glide effect,
- While problems with inflating the tyre you can fill the space between rim and tyre bead with TFS to seal it.
After the tyre is filled with air you can remove TFS back to the pail and use it again for next jobs.

TRUCK QUICK BALANCE 8000
BALANCING POWDER
APPLICATION RANGE:
For easy balancing TRUCK and Light Truck tires
QUICK BALANCE 8000 acts during driving condition.
 Caused by centrifugal force balancing powder will be equally distributed
on the inside of the tyre. In a tyre which has not been properly balanced,
a “pulling back” from the tyre occurs either of the gravity center in the tyre profile
or of differences in hardness of the tyre, which absorbs vibrations.
The free flowing Micro-Pearls enable an adequate counter-movement
whereby the area will be equalized and the tyre remains well balanced.
The easiest way for balanced driving!

EINSATZBEREICH
Zum auswuchten von LKW und LLKW Reifen
QUICK BALANCE 8000 arbeitet wahrend des Fahrbetriebes.
Die Zentrifugalkraft bewirkt eine gleichmäßige Verteilung des Auswuchtpulvers
an der Reifeninnenseite. In einem nicht richtig ausgewuchteten Reifen
wird durch den Schwerpunkt im Reifenprofil, oder durch Unterschiede
in der Härte des Reifens, ein „Wegziehen“ vom reifen ausgelöst,
das Schwingungen aufnimmt.
Die lose fließenden Mikro-Perlen ermöglichen eine entsprechende Gegenbewegung,
wodurch die Stelle ausgeglichen wird und die Reifen stets gut ausgewuchtet bleiben.
